Participants The minimum number of participants in the summer school is 20. The maximum number of participants is 32. The minimum number of participants in a project team of a teacher is 3. The maximum number of participants in a project team of a teacher is 6 or 7. Teachers may start to communicate with you via email already before the start of the summer school. Feel free to contact the directors (see contact information) if you have any general questions about the summer school. Contact and Registration Registration begins on the 6st of March 2007. In general the available places will be granted in the order of registration, however you must follow the procedure described below. Procedure of registration: Step 1: Please send a short CV (about 200-400 words) and a statement about your experience with Gaming Simulation by email to the organizer (see contact information). Step 2: The dicectors and the teacher will read your CV. If you are accepted as student of the summer school we will inform you (normally within 1 week after your email) and you can proceed with step number 3. Directors and teachers reserve their right to dismiss a registration. Step 3: After you received written confirmation of the directors of the summer school about your admission to the summer school you can download and fill out the registration form. You have to send the registration form back to the organizer and pay the fee (see below). Participation is only effective against pre-payment of the fee. The payment of the fee must then be made within three weeks in order to have a definite place, otherwise we might de-allocate your place to another interested participant. Step 4: After we received your registration form and payment we will confirm your payment and your assured place in the summer school. Participation fee Members of affiliated organizations will be charged the ISAGA member-fee (ABSEL, JASAG, NASAGA, OzSAGA,SAGANET, SAGSAGA, SAGSET, SIGIS and DiGRA). All prices are in Euro! ISAGA/SAGSAGA Members   420 € Non-Members   500 € Student Members 200 € Student-Non Members  250 € A number of limited places is available for participants from developing countries (100,-- Euro regular or 50,-- Euro for students). Please contact organizers directly. The fee includes Summer School documentation (CD-Rom) and certificate, a sightseeing activity, welcome and closing dinner. The fee does not include meals or accommodation. We will give information and recommendations about accomodation (see venue information). Cancellation policy: Cancellations received before 15 May 2007 will be refunded in full, less a 50,-- Euro processing charge. No refunds will be made after this date although substitutions may be made at any time.
